Applicants must also be eligible to apply to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). Our lawyers will assist you with the application process starting with an Expression of Interest (EOI) (Business Concept Form and Self-Assessment Form). Agri-business operations not producing primary products may qualify under the Entrepreneur Pathway.
Our lawyers will assist you with the FIP application process from submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI), and the preparation and submission of a full application to the MPNP. If you are nominated under the FIP, our lawyers can further assist you with an application for Permanent Residence to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
